Imhotep is the name of the first Architect in history that we know by name. Imhotep was a remarkable African Scientist, Mathematician, Engineer, Architect, and Physician. Imhotep invented the first Pyramid, the step-pyramid for the ruler named Djoser around 3000 BC.
